A Family Business...
Walford Homes was started in 2013 as a family business by father and daughter - Ian and Clara Narbeth. We are professional landlords operating in Colchester, Essex. We want to provide you with a safe, comfortable and affordable home in a desirable location.
We carefully select all our properties and carry out refurbishments to ensure they are fitted out to the highest standards with everything for the modern professional. We then look for our lovely housemates – we try to select housemates who will enjoy living together and become friends. For that reason, we only take housemates who are in employment or on occasion we will accept mature students. We aim to deal with any issues that arise as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We are members of a national property franchise which specialises solely in upmarket Houses in Multiple Occupation. We are also members of the National Landlords Association.
